Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Poker Bureau Nullarbor website and your participation in any poker or dining activities at our venue located on the Eyre Highway, Nullarbor SA 5690, Australia. By accessing the website or entering the venue, you agree to be bound by these terms. The terms are effective as of 16 September 2026. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or enter the venue.
21+ ACCESS
Age Restriction and Entry
Poker Bureau Nullarbor is a 21+ venue. You must be at least 21 years of age to enter the poker room, card lounge, or any area where poker is played. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry. Staff may refuse entry to anyone unable to prove age. The age gate on the website is a declaration, not a substitute for physical ID checks.
Nature of Offline Poker
All poker at Poker Bureau Nullarbor is conducted offline, in person, and face-to-face at physical poker tables. No online poker, remote play, or virtual poker is offered. The venue provides physical poker tables and a dedicated poker room. Poker is played with physical cards and chips. The venue does not operate any online poker platform.
Reservations and Cancellations
Reservations
Reservations for poker tables, the card lounge, or restaurant dining can be made via the website's reservation form or by contacting us directly. Reservations are subject to availability. We may require a deposit for certain bookings. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or modify a reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation time may be charged a fee. No-shows are considered cancellations without notice. We reserve the right to release unclaimed reservations after 15 minutes.
Conduct and Venue Rules
All visitors are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other guests. Disruptive, abusive, or illegal behaviour will not be tolerated.
- No cheating or collusion at poker tables.
- No outside food or drink in the poker room.
- Smoking is prohibited indoors.
- We reserve the right to remove any person who violates these rules.
Restaurant Dining Terms
The restaurant at Poker Bureau Nullarbor offers dining as a secondary service to the poker venue. Dining is subject to availability and may have separate operating hours. Menu items and prices are subject to change without notice. Allergies and dietary requirements must be communicated at the time of booking. The restaurant may be closed during private poker events.
Liability and Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poker Bureau Nullarbor is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your use of the website or participation in venue activities. You enter the venue at your own risk. We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

All content on the Poker Bureau Nullarbor website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Poker Bureau Nullarbor or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission. The Poker Bureau Nullarbor name and logo are protected trademarks.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
